PQDVD是比较久的Centified Site. 同时提供Custom Build在Regnow上即可直接下载。
不过从网站直接下载的软件在我的系统上安装时出错 (Windows XP SP2, 2008-August-9 测试)。Regnow上面下载的Custom Build安装无问题。

Custom Build中网站链接到 http://rn.pqdvd.com 也是一个完整的站点，非一个页面那种。

写信给Support得到回复是:

Please download and install PQ DVD to 3GP Video Converter Suite at http://www.pqdvd.com/download/pqdvd_mobile.exe and try again.

When I'm testing your software "PQ DVD to 3GP Converter", it failed to
install when I click the setup file.
